Muqaddima – Qurani Hifazat Kya Hai?
Aaj ke dor mein hum aksar roohani kamzori ka shikar hote ja rahe hain. Log zehni dabao, waswasay, bure khayalat aur nafrat se pareshaan hain — magar baat karne se ghabrate hain. Aksar Muslim bhai aur behnein in masail par baat karne se sharam mehsoos karte hain, kyun ke maashra in topics ko samajhne ke bajaye bura samajhta hai.
Magar Islam humein sirf maslay batata nahi, unka roohani hal bhi deta hai. Qur’an paak mein Allah Ta’ala ne aise asbaaq aur suratein nazil ki hain jo sirf padhne se insaan ke andar roohani hifazat paida ho jati hai. Aaj hum dekhenge ke kaunsi Qurani suratein aisi hain jo insaan ko na sirf buray asraat se mehfooz karti hain, balkay uski zindagi mein sakoon aur rehmat le aati hain.
🔹 Qur’an Se Hifazat – Sunnat Aur Qurani Daleel
Qur’an mein Allah ne peghambaron ke waqiat daal kar humein bataya ke kaise unhone mushkilaat mein sabr aur Allah pe yaqeen rakha. In waqi’at se hum seekh sakte hain ke har gham, dar ya waswasa ka jawab Qur’an mein hai.
🔹 Woh Suratein Jo Roohani Hifazat Dene Wali Hain
📖 1. Surah Al-Falaq (113)
"Qul a'uzu bi-Rabbil-Falaq..."
Yeh surah insaan ko har kisam ke zahiri aur batini buray asraat se mehfooz karti hai — jaise nazar-e-bad, hasad, jadoo waghera.
✅ Rozana subah aur shaam parhna Sunnat hai (3 martaba).
📖 2. Surah An-Naas (114)
"Min sharril waswasil khannaas..."
Yeh surah shaitani waswasay, zehni shak aur bechaini se hifazat deti hai. Har namaz ke baad parhna roohani sukoon deta hai.
📖 3. Ayat-ul-Kursi (Surah Al-Baqarah 2:255)
"Allahu la ilaha illa Huwa..."
Yeh Qur’an ki sabse azeem ayat hai. Har din iska parhna insaan ko nafrat, hasad aur dushmani se mehfooz karta hai. Raat sote waqt, har namaz ke baad aur ghar ke darwazon pe iska asar hai.
🔹 Rohani Hifazat Ka Sunnat Tareeqa

Har din subah aur shaam Surah Falaq, Naas aur Ikhlas teen martaba parhein.

Ayat-ul-Kursi namazon ke baad aur sote waqt zaroor parhein.

Har kaam se pehle Bismillah kehna — yeh shaitani tasurat se rokta hai.

Tafakkur (deep soch) karna Qurani ayat par — yeh roohani taaluq barhata hai.
🔹 Nabiyon Ke Waqiat – Seekhnay Ka Zariya
Allah ne Qur’an mein Hazrat Musa (A.S), Hazrat Ibrahim (A.S), aur Hazrat Yousuf (A.S) ke waqi’at daal kar humein sikhaya ke:

Har sakht waqt mein Allah par yaqeen rakhna

Sabar, namaz aur dua se roohani taqat lena

Har hal mein sachai aur ikhlaas ikhtiyar karna
In waqi’at ko parhne se insaan ko zindagi ke faislon mein raah milti hai — aur wahi asli hifazat hai.
🔹 Nateeja:
Qurani hifazat sirf ibadat ka hissa nahi, yeh insani zindagi ka zaroori pehlu hai. Agar hum har roz Qur’an ki kuch suratein padh kar Allah se taaluq banayein, to nafrat, waswasay, dushmani aur bechaini hum se door ho sakti hai.
Yeh tareeqa na sirf asaan hai, balke pak aur barhakat wala hai. Aap bhi in Qurani hifazat ke tareeqon ko apni zindagi ka hissa banaiye — aur agar yeh article aapko faida de, to apne doston ke saath zaroor share karein. Shayad kisi aur ki rooh bhi is se mustafeed ho jaaye.
