1. Trial Classes Are Free

We offer free trial classes to new students before enrollment. This allows students to evaluate our teaching style and course content before making any payment. Once regular classes begin and payment is made, this Refund Policy will apply.

2. General Refund Conditions

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

✅ If a class is canceled by the teacher and not rescheduled.
✅ If the student is unable to continue due to valid medical or emergency reasons (proof may be required).
✅ If the student experiences serious issues with teaching quality or class consistency, and no resolution is provided after complaint.
✅ If advance payment was made for a package and the service could not be delivered as promised.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

❌ If the student misses class without prior 24-hour notice.
❌ If the student drops out mid-month or stops attending voluntarily.
❌ If the refund request is made after the month has ended.
❌ For technical issues (like internet or device problems) on the student’s side.

4. Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer partial refunds if:

  • A student has attended less than half of the scheduled classes and has a valid reason for discontinuation.

  • Refunds will be calculated based on unused classes only, not the entire monthly fee.

5. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund:
