  • Payments must be made on time, usually on a monthly basis, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Late or missed payments may result in the suspension of classes.

  • All fees are non-refundable unless covered by our refund policy.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued only under certain circumstances:

  • If a teacher is unavailable for an extended period and no substitute is arranged.

  • If classes are not delivered as agreed upon, and the student provides valid evidence.

  • No refund is issued for missed or unattended classes without prior notice.

5. Student Conduct

Students are expected to:

  • Behave respectfully toward teachers and staff.

  • Follow class instructions and guidelines.

  • Avoid inappropriate language or behavior during sessions.

Any student who violates these terms may be suspended or permanently removed from the program.

6. Parental Supervision

For students under 18, a parent or guardian must monitor the student’s learning activity. Easy Quran Learning is not responsible for unsupervised minors.

7. Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, texts, and other content provided by Easy Quran Learning are the intellectual property of the platform. You may not:

  • Share, distribute, or republish our materials without written permission.

  • Record or reproduce live classes for public use.

8. Limitation of Liability

Easy Quran Learning will not be liable for:

  • Any technical issues or internet interruptions.

  • Loss of data or personal information due to third-party services.

  • Personal misunderstandings between students and teachers (though we strive to mediate concerns professionally).

9. Changes to Terms
